HEY, I'M JOE.
REALTOR®, broker of record at Right Choice Happenings Realty, food reviewer, podcast host, and a farm kid from Wainfleet, my favourite place in the entire world.
THE SHORT VERSION
I grew up on a farm in Wainfleet, Ontario. My mom was born on Pico Island in the Azores, and Portuguese cooking was a big part of growing up. I went to Lakeshore Catholic High School, where I played football, and then to Brock University.
I got into real estate over a decade ago and spent six years at Century 21 in Fonthill, where I was the top-earning REALTOR® in my office in my first year. In 2019 I opened my own brokerage, which became Right Choice Happenings Realty Ltd. Brokerage in Wainfleet. Today I get to mentor new agents and work alongside a team that's amazing and down to earth.

WHY JOEG.CA
Not everything fits on a pizza site. In 2020 I started Health Happenings and documented losing about 77 pounds. I host the Happenings Podcast. I've MC'd events, thrown Top Fan parties and judged pizza and wing competitions. JoeG.ca is where all of that lives.
