After reviewing The Rex Hotel’s GoldMedalBurger.com Joe felt the style of bun they used was very Italian, fitting in with the style of food they are known for.
They took Joe’s idea and ran with it and now have the “Italian ?? Burger” on the menu, this homemade burger patty is topped with salami, capicola, roasted red peppers, and melted provolone cheese.
Joe was seen in the Rex’s comment section saying “First person to do a video review on this Burger I’ll take to The Rex Hotel for a couple OV’s!”
