What is the Soup Review?

Joe is on a quest to find the BEST bowl of Soup in the entire world! He plans on eating a bowl from EVERY place possible. Each restaurant will give Joe their Gold Medal Soup better known around the world as the GMS.

Joe will take only one bite, everybody knows the rules and then rate the wing from 1 to 10. 

Joe wants all restaurants to know that below par wing reviews are his honest opinion and hopes that you act on the constructive criticism.
