What is the Wing Review?

Joe is on a quest to find the BEST Chicken Wing in the entire world! He plans on eating a wing from EVERY place possible. Each restaurant will give Joe their Gold Medal Wing better know around the world as the GMW.

Joe will take only one bite, everybody knows the rules and then rate the wing from 1 to 10. 

Joe wants all restaurants to know that below par wing reviews are his honest opinion and hopes that you act on the constructive criticism.
