Planning ahead is key when you know you are going to have a difficult week ahead for staying active and eating healthy. This coming week I am heading to Alberta for my Brothers Bday celebrations!
Trying to get ahead of the curve I did at least 3 or 4 5k runs and added in a 10k run around the Wainfleet country roads! I also played much tennis this week and even got in a lesson to help aid my matches against Kevin Murphy!
The amount of food I ate this week is out of this world, I went to much many restaurants! First, Alright Robyn and I went to the Lock Pizza in Port Colborne. We also went to oddbird, which turned into a pizza during the wait at oddbar followed by dessert at another establishment in the Falls!
All this in one night! What was I thinking, I wasn’t!
