Joe went to Happy Jacks Restaurant Fort Erie Ontario expecting your typical Chinese cuisine and was pleasantly surprised to have some of the freshest lobsters since visiting PEI. Turns out Jack and Alvin get their lobsters from PEI and they are so yummy! Joe elected to sit on Happy Jack’s incredible patio overlooking to Niagara River and Peace Bridge. But if you are wanting to dine inside they have a beautiful spot with COLD A/C!

Alvin, Happy Jack’s brother brings Joe out a sizable bowl of FRESH Won Ton Soup! Joe is a huge fan of Won Ton soup and is extremely pleased with this bowl!

When you are Happy Jack’s you need to consider their seafood, they have LIVE lobsters and Alaskan king crabs which you are able to choose your own. They are as FRESH as Joe has had since visiting PEI (which is where Happy Jack gets their Lobsters!). They made a very unique style of lobster, Ginger Style, which Alvin (Jack’s brother) explains to Joe is the most famous Asian style of lobster available! Alvin also brings Joe out their Steamed with Butter style lobster, which is a classic choice for your lobster if you are not feeling up to the Asian Ginger Style or their popular Cantonese Style.
