How not to prepare for an accountability weigh-in: go out to the bar the night before, have some drinks, eat some pizza and wings, then jump on the scale the next morning.

The result

Last week I was 187.6 pounds. This week: up two pounds.

Honesty

I wish I could blame it all on last night, even though some of it is still in me. The truth is this week was not a perfect week at all. The scale tells the story of the whole week, not just one night.
