Jack Fraser of Far Out Cafe

Most guests come in with pizza. Jack Fraser from Far Out Cafe in Niagara Falls came in and made smoothie bowls in the Right Choice lunchroom. A nice change of pace.

• From food truck to cafe. Jack started with a seasonal food truck at Sherkston for two summers. The cafe lets him keep going through the winter instead of heading back to construction and roofing.
• A bigger menu. Coffees, sandwiches and bowls now that he has a kitchen.
• Bowls as a meal. Why people think of a smoothie bowl as a snack, and why the bigger sizes are a full meal.
• Doing what you love. Working hard, being creative and having fun at the same time.
• Content ideas. I pitched Jack some ways to tell his story online.
