Steve Cooper is the executive director of Community Crew, a charity that provides lunches to kids in the Niagara Region. Coop and I go way back to grade nine at Lakeshore Catholic, 1999. Go Gators! We're legacy friends, and I'm not shocked at all that he's in this role. He's one of the good guys.
What we talked about
- What Community Crew does. Feeding kids in Niagara so they can focus on learning.
- The need right now. With costs rising and the economy slowing, more families need help.
- How you can help. Coop explains simple ways to support the charity, starting with small, regular contributions.
- Old times. Including our Buffalo Bills fandom since grade school.
Part of why I do this podcast is to give exposure to people doing good things. If you can, please support Community Crew. Thanks, Coop.
