I missed last week's weigh-in because we were away in Prince Edward County. The week before that I was 183.4. We had a lot of food and wine, so I'm a little scared to do this.

The result

Yikes. That's a gain of 3.2 pounds in two weeks. We're going in the wrong direction.

Why is this happening?

I'm still exercising, yogging 10K every other day. But my food is out of control. If I don't improve it, this is going to be a bad, bad situation.

This is the lesson I keep relearning: exercise does not replace a good diet. Time to get some accountability back.

Joe is not a doctor or a dietitian. This is his personal journey. Talk to your healthcare provider before making big changes to your diet or exercise.
